The Sparkle FC Rules
Rules and Guidelines for Players who wants to join our team
1. Core Rules
- Attendance: Regular attendance at training is mandatory. Unjustified absences may result in reduced playing time.
- Effort and Performance: Players must show commitment and consistent effort. Playing opportunities are based on merit.
- Fair Competition: Team selection is transparent and based on performance, effort, and contribution to the team.
2. Conduct and Attitude
- Team-First Approach: Prioritize the team’s success over individual goals.
- Fair Play: Respect referees, opponents, and rules. Misconduct may lead to penalties.
- Professionalism: Maintain good behavior both on and off the field, including on social media.
3. Penalties for Non-Compliance
- Warnings, extra training, match suspensions, or dismissal may apply for rule violations depending on the severity.
This team rewards effort, discipline, and improvement. Every player is expected to contribute positively and work towards their growth and the team’s success.
Even after joining the team, selection is continued, and some members of the team can play in games while others are not, so there is no guaranteed playing time because it is a fully performance based team.
